Gym Buddy unifies multi-tenant role-based dashboards, a guarded multi-step Stripe checkout pipeline to prevent duplicate slot bookings, and an instructor onboarding channel. For administrators, it features real-time platform metrics powered by MongoDB $facet aggregation pipelines and active soft-blocking permission controls for user moderation.
Challenges Faced
Optimizing admin dashboard analytics speed while processing real-time system metrics using intensive MongoDB $facet aggregation pipelines without causing database lockups or slowing down client navigation.
Potential Improvements & Future Plans
