About the Project

MediQueue provides dynamic profile dashboards enabling tutors to showcase their hourly rates, expertise, and schedules. Students can leverage real-time booking engines to reserve educational sessions, while dedicated role-based dashboards manage active listings and booked schedules.

Challenges Faced

Preventing scheduling collisions and race conditions on database document values during high-frequency concurrent appointment requests.

Potential Improvements & Future Plans

  • •Add integrated video conferencing rooms (WebRTC) directly in the booking portal.
  • •Implement automated calendar sync (Google Calendar / Outlook API).
  • •Introduce a student review and rating system after completed sessions.
